The Utah Department of Health has released two new options for businesses and employees to obtain free COVID-19 testing, including rapid antigen testing.
OPTION ONE
The first option is to have your staff and families visit the state’s coronavirus webpage using the button below and choose “Free Rapid Testing”, “Utah Department of Health”, or “TestUtah” under the “Search for Provider” drop-down menu. You can further narrow your search by specifying a County, City, or Zip Code. Each location will have instructions you can follow to receive a free COVID-19 test.

OPTION TWO
The second option would be for your business to become certified to offer its own rapid COVID testing of your staff. To do so, each facility must:
- Obtain a CLIA waiver ($180 fee)
- Sign a Memorandum of Agreement with UDOH
- Have staff available to perform all aspects of testing
- Report ALL rapid testing results to the UDOH within 24 hours
