JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the management of ArtTix Ticketing Operations for Arts & Culture venues and clients. Manages and supports ticketing staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of related ticketing industry experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preference may be given to candidates with customer service, sales experience, and Tessitura ticketing software experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manages the Ticket Office during performances and prepares reports for night of events settlements.
  • Works Broadway at the Eccles, LIVE at the Eccles and other events as assigned.
  • Plans and directs the daily activities for employees in the ticket office.
  • Assists with coordinating ticketing information and fulfillment for internal and external Arts & Culture
  • Assists ‘Live at the Eccles’ and Broadway promoters, partners, and other users’
  • Assists with monitoring daily ticketing trends – works with partners to increase sales by recommending price zone and seating availability adjustments based on demand.
  • Runs ticketing reports and custom queries for internal and external
  • Implements venue-specific onboarding and training programs for ticket office
  • Acts as backup to payroll functions for all merit and temporary ArtTix Ticketing Ensures compliance with all county payroll policies and procedures.
  • Assists with supervision of daily operations and ticketing personnel within all Arts & Culture
  • Assists with ticketing system fiscal controls and maintaining events within the ticketing
  • Acts as ArtTix Ticketing Operations Manager in his/her

Additional Information

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
