The SLC Dance Community Showcase presents seven dance groups from different movement styles to celebrate the cultural heritage of our Mexican, Chicanx, and Latinx communities as part of the Corriente Alterna program by PROArtes México in collaboration with loveDANCEmore and the Consulate of Mexico in SLC.

Corriente Alterna is a biennial live arts platform celebrating the multi-, inter-, and trans-disciplinary innovative Mexican, Chicanx, and Latinx makers from Mexico and the United States during an 11-day program in different venues across SLC and Springville from April 10-21.
